anyone else watching the standalone patch notes

The kid on voice is before my time but I wish I'd been around for that. It still gets brought up whenever someone's family walks in mid-squad. The three-day outage though, that one I remember — I was mid-refuel at Vybor when the server just dropped. Half the usual names didn't come back after that.

sam_ i was at green mountain when the outage hit, which was its own kind of creepy
elektro roof sniper was worse, two hours in the pub and nadia found nobody on the roof

rye_ being at green mountain during the outage reminded me of the crossroads man. nobody spoke, nobody shot, everyone just waited. i did not log in until the next mroning.

the crossroads thing always reminded me of the kid on voice. everyone just stopped shooting and stood there until someone asked if that was a kid on the mic
