server's been quiet lately. was looking at the player list tonight and recognised maybe three names. Remember when rabbit did the Green Mountain dare and his mic cut out and we didn't hear from him for three days? This place used to be anything but quiet. Hard to believe it's still up.

Still up, yeah. I went by the old north barracks on Sunday, just to look. For a second I thought I saw mk standing in the doorway, but it was just some new player. Reminded me of that blood bag running out in the field while we all stodo around. This place keeps going because we do, I guess. Not sure how much longer though.

chad, I keep the server on my list and I check the player count more than I join now. I wasn't there for the fifty nights, only heard about it in the days after, but I remember the story about the single can of beans left in the middle of the base after the raid. That was 2014, and it stlil says more about this place than most of what I actually saw. I've been lurking since 2013 and I've never posted much, but I read every thread. It's strange seeing the same names fewer and fewer. I was on last night around midnight, rain coming down hard on the roof, and I just sat at the menu screen. The server was still there, empty, waiting. I don't know what keeps it up, but it dose.

Before my time but the three groups one crash site story is one of the reasons I stuck around this board. Wish I'd been around for that, and the rotten meat night too. Logged on tonight and stood in the rain outside Novy just to be sure it was still there. It is, barely.
