that's the same guy who stood in the rain at that crash site north of NW while all three groups shot at nothing, didn't fire a shot llo. still waiting for someone to give him a ride i guess

drove past about an hour ago and he didn't move, not even when the headlights hit him

maybe hes' waiting for the ural to come back lol. didn't veen move during the crash site standoff and that went on forever
