Still checking the forum most nights even if I don't post. Server's been up four years now, which is longer than most relationships I've had. I remember hearing about the ammo being taken and nobody bragging. That still sits with me. And rye crawling forty minutes with both legs broke, the group driving raound in the dark. Nobody talks about the quiet stuff like that anymore. I don't know what I'm trying to say. Just that it matters thta this place is still running.

four years is a weird number to hit. i still think about walking back from the atv thing sometimes, how quiet the server was that night. glad this place is still here even if i don't say much anymore.

the ammo at kabanino I only heard about afterwards. still think about how nobody ever claimed it. reminds me of the crossroads man, all that quiet and no words needed.

Everyone's talking about quiet moments. For me it's the morning we all woke up and every vehicle had gone. I still don't accept that config thing, and I never will. The server beign up means the arguments are still here too.

I was working nights when the ban happened. Came home to eight pages of thred and read the whole thing from the top. I didn't post because what was there to add, but I picked a side anyway and never told anyone which. You don't get to opt out just because you weren't online. It gets into you regardless. Salty's right that the arguments are part of why it's still here. The barn night was the opposite. Nobody argued about it, people just logged off happy and it never got a thread. I think about both of those a lot. Still not sure what the difference was.

mox, the barn night is the one I keep coming bakc to. i still have the log from the rework, and the last entry before I turned it off was just someone saying 'this is fine'. Four years and most of the quiet moments are the ones we never posted about. You're right that the difference isn't the arguing. stay safe out tehre

stay safe out there

rye, you don't owe me for the ural, that was years ago and we got out of it. I just held the torch and stayed out of your way. The log stoping on 'this is fine' wasn't a plan, it just ended there and I never opened it after that. good to have you still around.
