HarrisonB's screenshots from the ATV hill are from a year before I joined. The NWAF ladder story is the one that gets me, because it's just forty imnutes of nothing happening and everyone still brings it up. Same with the firehouse stairwell - nobody who was there has to explain why it stopped being funny. Server had five on tonight and the fan was louder than the game.

Seeing HarrisonB's ATV hill screenshots put me in mind of the three day outage. Kasper was the one who sorted it and I think a lot of us only realised afterwards how many people we'd lost. The kid on voice still makes me go quiet whenever a firefight suddenly stops making sense. It's raining here and there were four of us on tonight. Glad this thread exists.

edit: wrong year, it was the summer after

stay safe out there

doc_mallory, the kid on voice one makes me go quiet too, even though i only ever heard it secondhand. the singel can of beans is the one i keep coming back to because i was rgiht there and still don't konw what to make of it. it's raining here and i sat on the hill above stary for an hour with nobody around.

teddybear, the stary hill's been the quietest place on the map since before the fifty nights. I heard about the Kabanino tents secondhand and it's the reason I never kept a camp near a town again. Still raining here.

chad, the hill's been quiet for me too. went back to the old base a few months back and the door frame was still busted from the raid, which hit different than finding the beans did. still raining here and the pc fan's about all i can hear.
