Some nights I still tab over to the shoreline. I sat on the same concrete block for hours handing out beans and bandages, and nobody shot at any of us. Remember the bus? Twenty klicks an hour, no windscreen, Rabbit hanging out the door. The server list is a lot shorter now. It’s still the same place.

Doc_Mallory. I wasn't there that night, but I remember reading the thread afterwards. The part that stuck iwth me wasn't the beans or the bandages. It was that nobody shot. That never happened anywhere else, and I don't think we knew how rare it was at the time. I still tab over to the shore sometimes too. The water looks the same even when the server list doesn't. Stay safe out there.
