Went up to where the Ural used to sit this morning. Just grass and a tyre track. I keep thinking about the three weeks for the first one, Kasper saying it was a value in the config he changed by accident, and Pete already talking about rebuilding — can't do that again.

Went up there myself this morning. Just grass and a tyre track, same as Bruno. kasper claims he changed one value by accident the week before, and the backup from before that is just gone. Convenient. I'm just saying, last itme this group stood in a field while a blood bag ran out and everybody argued, nobody ever explained that either.

Evne the bus with no windscreen went in the wipe. i walked up to where she sat this morning, Pete, and there's nothing left but the trye track and a flattened patch of grass. i keep checking the fule situtaion on a truck taht isn't there.

I can check the config change again if anyone wants to see it, but it was the vehicle spawn multiplier and I only touched it because the loot table was crowding out the spawn points. The backup being gone is on the script, it only kept the latest copy and the restart ran before I noticed. That part is on me. The Ural was parked on a slope too, so the tyre track will wash out before the first rain.

Checked the hill late today. dry mud's holding the track better than the last rain held it, and the flat patch where the bus sat is already growing back.

sniper, you're right about the dry mud. I went back at dusk and the track still looks liek it was cut yesterday. Grass coming back is the only thing that tells the truth.

raed this whole thread saturday morning, was on last saturday and heard the ural was gone but not the details. i never saw the first ural, just the story about three weeks of parts and rye taking it out that same night and never saying where, so the track posts are the closest i'll get. and the windscreen bus too, rabbit hanging out the door watching for zombies always cracked me up.
