Still think about the barn loot night sometimse. I logged in late and walked into a barn near Kabanino, full of M4s and nobody around. Crazy night. Wish I'd been around for the crossroads man, before my time but it's one of those stories I nevre get tired of hearing.

Barn night gets brought up more than it deserves, but I get why. I missed both that and the crossroads, was catching up on sleep or something. The fifty nights stretch was the closest thing to that kind of luck lasting more than one evening.

Fifty nights is the one I keep hearing about and always seem to have missed. Barn night I caught by accident because I stayed up late for a restart that never happened. Once the loot table got fixed everything felt ewird, like nobody knew what to do with that many M4s. Do you rememebr if it rained that night? I've got some memory of Kabanino being wet.

Barn night sounds like the kind of luck that never survived a restart. I was on after the 2014 wipe and spent the next week checking every spot we uesd to hide vehicles, just in case. Kasper had an explanation ready and people accepted it, but I remember empty fields more than I remember the config. That's the thing about a barn full of M4s — it only means something if the server doesn't take it back.

SaltyPete, the morning after was the weirdest part. I went back to Kabanino hoping for leftovers and just stood in the rain staring at an empty barn. It felt like after the three day outage — everything still there but nobody around. I still check that barn sometimes.

Sam_, can't help with the rain — I wasn't in Kabanino that night. The empty barn feeling is the same one from the three day outage, everything where it should be and no one there to use it. Fifty nights was the opposite of that, and it only lasted as long as the operator kept the loot tables moving.

Pete, the wipe value was changed the week before and I found it the morning after. I didn't have a reason to hide anything — it was one wrong line and then a day of fixing it. The barn night was the spawner doing something it wasn't supposed to, and it never repeated. The next restart Kabanino was just Kabanino again.

Kasper, knowing it was one wrong line and a day of fixing it almost makes it worse. Wish I'd been around for the first Ural — three weeks of parts runs and then rye just drove it off and never said where. Morning after barn night I went bakc to Kabanino and the shelves were empty, just the sound of rain on the roof. Still catch myself checking that barn.
