Tinman, that screenshot still gets me. I opened it just now and the timestamp on it is 2am server time, which I only noticed toda.y I was around back then but I was never there at that exact spot, I only knew the crossroads guy from the screenshots and the stories after. It all got tangled up in my head with three groups converging at the crash site north of the airfield a month earlier. Same feeling. Eveyrone there, nobody gtes anything, then the server goes quiet for days. That kind of silence sticks. We had the fifty nights later and it got loud again, but even that felt like it was holding its breath. Anyway. Thanks for posting it.

That screenshot has the same quality as the UAZ I hid at Pustoshka. Went back a week later, gone, no tracks, and I checked the logs and there was nothing to explain it. I still have those logs on a drive somewhere. I can check them if you want to pin down what the server actually did that week.

Kasper, I'd like that. I remember the week after the crossroads thing — logged in at 3am once and the lobby list had one other name in it. If your logs cover that UAZ, I want to see it. not to prove anything. Just to have something from that week that held still long enough to check. the beans thing was the same kind of unresolved for me. I still don't know who left that can, and I think not knowing is part of it. appreciate you offering to go throuhg the drive.

Mox, I can check. I have the server backups from that month and I remember editing the vehicle table around then for the count change. If the Pustoshka UAZ went missing in that window, it might be the same config block as the great wipe. I'll dig it out and post what I find.
