rye_, the warm Mountain Dew is the detail nobody's talking about and it's the one that matters. A drink doesn't get warm sitting on an empty roof by itself, so somebody put it down recently, which means the roof wasn't empty the whole time. I wasn't in the pub, so I only have what went in the thread. The way I read it: either the shooter was up there and moved when Nadia got the flank going, or somebody else was up there drinking and watching the whole show. Neither option is great. Green Mountain in March went the same way - the group went up, found nothing, and still everyone was uneasy for weeks after. The difference here is the evidence. I'm not saying the two are connected. I'm saying it's two incidents now where the group's read on a position was wrong, and the second one came with a warm Mountain Dew.

Reckon someone was up there and moved when Nadia got the flank going. Warm drink's the only evidence we need, and it's the same feeling as green mountain all of us. Not sure about connected, but I'd rather be crawling through nwaf with rye than stood on another empty roof.

chad, man i miss everything. was this saturday? i keep hearing green mountain all of us mentioned like i was there but i only joined after, so warm mountain dew is the best roof story i've got. aslo stlil can't believe rye crawled the whole way from nwaf ladder legs and the group made it.

rain was hammering the pub windows the whole time so the warm mountain dew on the roof sounds like the better seat. green mountain all of us had the same nothing, just a tower to stare at
