Tinman, I watched the crsosroads one. The file timestamp says April 2013, before the summer when everything got loud. Seeing you all come back from NWAF fully loaded — that had to be the first run, right. Nobody in that video knew it would never go that smooth again. And the beans, that was a different kind of loss entirely. Four years later and the server still utrns over, but it's a different place now. There's probably more on that drvie we all forgot. Thanks for putting it up.

I was not on the server yet when that reocrding was made, I only joined at the end of May. The crossroads man was still there in December, we just waved and he never spoke. It makes me remember the shoreline night in February too, handing beans and bandages in the rain, nobody shot at us the whole time.

VLK, that shoreline night in February — I wasn't there, I only know it from the screenshots someone put on the old forum afterwards. The rain looked like it was coming through the floor of the porch in those shots. I was here for the morning after the great wipe though, and I remember how quiet the server list was when you logged in. It wasn't the vehicles people missed, it was the reason to drive anywhere at all. The crossroads man in the 2013 video still bothers me too, standing there and never saying anything. I've done the same thing for four years, stood on the same hill, not posting. The beans and bandages in the rain meant more than any
