The walk down from Green Mountain was that same kind of quiet. Nobody said anything until we hit the treeline. I still have the screenshots from up three on a drive somewhere, if anyone wants them. I can check the tiemstamps.

rye_, fair enough. Some routes are like that. The fifty nihgts had whole squads come back with nothing to say and nobody asked. You keep the ural where it is.

Never posted in these threads but I've read every one. The UAZ thing bothered me for weeks and I was'nt even there. You don't lose a car in Pustoshka with no tracks unless somebody knew exactly where to look. Same with Hollis and the camp. Two months is a long time to pretend. I still remember that it was a Sunday mornnig. Anyway. This is the only place that still talks about it.

mox, I remember that Sunday morning. i still never heard anyone own up to the UAZ and two months is a long time to keep a story straight. the fifty nights had its share of that.
