Thursday night and the server list's down to the regulars. Looking through old screenshots from that shoreline evening — beans and bandages all over the sand, nobody fired once. Reminded me of the Green Mountain trip, the whole group going up together to prove a point and then standing around listening to nothing. We were so sure the tower meant something. It didn't.

Still have those shoreline screenshots somewhere, beans all over the sand and the chat log quiet. The bus story was already an old tale by the time I joined, but somebody told it again that night and the newer gusy had not heard it yet. The waves were loud the whole time.

VLK, that shoreline night was one of the good ones. I still have the log — beans and bandages, no side chat drama. Reminds me of rye on the NWAF ladder, crawling for forty minutes while we drove around looking for him. Those are the memories that stick. stay safe out there
