Discord is the best way to reach us

discord.gg/tg8RYUFzwx

It is the fastest route by a wide margin and the one that is actually watched. Questions about a server build get answered there in minutes rather than days, usually by someone who has hit the same problem, and a conversation beats a one-way message for anything technical.

Post in the channel that fits. If you are not sure which, post anywhere and it will get moved.

Email, if you would rather not use Discord

Write to hello [at] surviveth3dead [dot] com — assembled the normal way, spelled out here so that address harvesters do not pick it up. It is read, but Discord is faster.

Corrections

The most useful message you can send. The technical articles here publish measured numbers, and a measurement can still be wrong — the wrong flag, the wrong version, a machine that was not as clean as it looked.

Say which article and what the correct figure is. Corrections are made to the article itself and noted in it, not quietly edited out.

Questions about a server build

Ask in Discord. Include the game, the operating system and version, and the exact error. The articles are written against specific versions and those move; knowing which version you are on is usually the whole answer.

Press, review copies and product enquiries

Email, using the address above. Two things worth knowing before you write:

  • Coverage is not sold, and it is not exchanged for keys, hardware or access.
  • Anything received for review is disclosed in the article that uses it.

Takedown and copyright

Email, using the address above, with a link to the page, the material in question, and proof of ownership. Requests are handled directly and quickly.

Elsewhere

There is no postal address, no phone number and no contact form. The site is run by one person and Discord is the whole support desk.
